DURATION OF ASSIGNMENT: 42 Months for Design and Construction Supervision
SCOPE OF CONSTRUCTION WORKS: Phase 1 of the project involved design and construction of 21 km of roads to pre-cast concrete paving block standard and gravel standards. Construction is substantially complete.
Phase 2 involved design and construction of the golf city roads totaling 22 km to bitumen standard. Structures in the project included two motorized underpasses of 40m long and 20m long respectively, a 20m long non-motorized underpass and 10km of concrete paved golf cart track.
